Dahlem closed on Fishers Marketplace Shopping Center on July 3, 2019. This purchase was part of Dahlem’s 1031 exchange using from funds from a sale of our shopping center in Evansville, Indiana.
Tenants in Fishers Marketplace include Wild Eggs, Solid Core, Jimmy John’s, Hiro Hibachi, Ivy Rehab, Fancy Nails, Chicago’s Pizza, Which Wich and F45. There is one vacancy that is 1,258 square feet that is currently for lease.
Fishers, Indiana is a high growth area in metro Indianapolis. We are pleased to own a shopping center in in a fast growing residential and commercial corridor in Indianapolis. We believe this will be excellent long term investment for Dahlem.
