Dahlem Acquires Evendale Commons in Cincinnati, Ohio

Last week Dahlem purchased a 9,835 square foot shopping center at 2520 Cunningham Drive the Evendale area of Cincinnati. The property has Starbucks, Palm Beach Tan, Verizon Wireless, Gamestop and Chipotle as its Tenants. Menard’s and a Walmart Supercenter are across the street. The neighborhood and the large employment base at nearby GE Aviation keeps the shopping center busy at all times. This shopping center is Dahlem’s second acquisition in the Cincinnati market.
