Dahlem has acquired Walton Towne Center in Walton, Kentucky. Walton Towne Center includes 23,184 square feet in retail shop space and four outlots all shadow anchored by a Kroger Marketplace and Kohl’s. Retailers include McDonalds, Taco Bell, AT&T, Subway, Big League Haircuts, Bluegrass Urgent Care, China Moon, El Toro Bravo Mexican Restaurant, Kroger Liquor, Pizza Hut and World Finance Corporation of Walton.  Walton is located south of the Cincinnati market area where Interstates 71 and 75 meet.
